This Privacy Policy sets out how orbixfx ("we") amasses, processes and safeguards personal information across our site and the Services. Our role is controller for this information.
Data collected. Names, emails, countries and similar identity data plus KYC documents mandated by law. We also keep: execution and account history, device logs and support chats. EU/UK legal grounds: performing the contract, complying with law, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, and opt-in product updates with one-click opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators upon lawful request, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention & security. Retention lasts through the account life plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for trades). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access controls.
